Headliners to wrap up the month of June

This weekend was an absolute blast:
  • Black Moth Super Rainbow at Southgate House in Newport, KY
  • Enon (and The Damn Thing--not pictured) on Cincinnati's Fountain Square as a part of Midpoint Music Festival's Indie Summer series
  • The Octopus Project performing their "Visual Music" at the third annual Last Call Film Festival at The Rudyard Kipling in Louisville, KY
  • Julie Doiron at the Art Damage Lodge in the heart of the neighborhood of Northside in Cincinnati, OH.

I hate when things actually happen here. I don't have any friends here still since moving so there's no one to go with to these type of things!! Oh well...

Are you in Cincinnati, I'm guessing? Did you move here for school, or are you out of school and just trying to find you place here?

Definitely try to catch some of the MPMF Indie Summer events on Fountain Square this summer--every Friday evening. Even if you go alone, you may meet locals who will eventually go to events with you.

Oh, and do I know you?
